DRAFT SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) FOR THE 2023/24 FINANCIAL YEAR

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government Municipal Finanace management Act,2003 (Act 56 of 2003) that the Honourable Executive Mayor of the Joe Gqabi District Municipality, Councillor MP Mposelwa has approved the draft Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 2023/24 financial year.

The SDBIP is a detailed plan approved by the Mayor of the Municipality for implementing the Municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget in terms of the Approved Integrated Development Plan

A copy of the approved draft Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan is available for scrutiny during office hours at the Joe Gqabi District Municipal Office,03 Corner Cole and Graham Streets, Barkly East, as well as on the District's website : www.jgdm.gov.za

Kennis word hiermee gegee ingevolge die Wet op Plaaslike Regering Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur, 2003 (Wet 56 van 2003) dat die Agbare Uitvoerende Burgemeester van die Joe Gqabi Distriksmunisipaliteit, Raadslid MP Mposelwa die konsep Dienslewering en Begrotingsimplementeringsplan (SDBIP) goedgekeur het. vir die 2023/24 finansiële jaar.

Die SDBIP is 'n gedetailleerde plan wat deur die Burgemeester van die Munisipaliteit goedgekeur is vir die implementering van die Munisipaliteit se lewering van munisipale dienste en sy jaarlikse begroting ingevolge die Goedgekeurde Geïntegreerde Ontwikkelingsplan

'n Afskrif van die goedgekeurde konsepdienslewering en begrotingsimplementeringsplan is beskikbaar vir ondersoek gedurende kantoorure by die Joe Gqabi Distriks Munisipale Kantoor, Corner Cole en Grahamstraat 03, Barkly-Oos, asook op die Distrik se webwerf: www.jgdm.gov .za
