The Joe Gqabi District Municipality opened it’s Call Centre Lines on the 1st June 2013 as part of the initiative to deal with service delivery challenges and help to create a more responsive public service.
The Call Centre operates between 07:30 and 16:30 from Mondays to Fridays with the aim of dealing with service delivery challenges.
The Core services that the Contact Centre handles are around :
- Water
- Sewage
- Accounts
- Disasters
- Roads
- Municipal Health Services
The Customer Care Centre will direct queries about other matters to the approriate Departments.
