Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers for the SUPPLY,
DELIVERY AND OFFLOADING OF LIQUID CHLORINE, SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE, CHLORINE
GRANNULES, CHLORINE CHIPS, SODA ASH, AND LIME FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS: JGDM 2022/23-012

Bid documents will be available from the and the Joe Gqabi District Municipality website
https://www.jgdm.gov.za. Hard copes of the bid document will be made available from JGDM Distict Muniipalty
SCM offices Comer of Cole and Graham Street Barkly East from 18 August 2023 upon payment of a non-refundable deposit
of R 200.00 (Two Hundred Ran) for each document either in cash, EFT or direct bank deposit to
ABSA, 2330000019). Please quote the company name and bid number as reference. Payments must be made
at the Cashiers Office, which is at the ground floor, of Graham and Cole Street, Barlky East
between the hours of 08:00 and 13:00 prior to the collection of the bid documents. Proof of purchase must be
attached to the original Tender Document,

There is no Compulsory Session applicable for this tender.
Completed bid documents must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked

“SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND OFFLOADING OF LIQUID CHLORINE, SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE, CHLORINE
GRANULES, CHLORINE CHIPS, SODA ASH, AND LIME FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS:
JGDM 2022/23-012", These must be deposited the formal Tender Box outside the Main Building - JOE GQABI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY,

Comer of Cole & Graham Barkly East before closing time of12:00 (Noon) on

19 September 2023, Thereafter, tenders will then be opened in public. The submitted tenders
shall remain valid for 90 days after closing date. All tenders must be deposited in the tender box by
Bidders representative or courier services, no official will bear responsibility to deposit any bidders
documents into the tender box at the address mentioned above.
