SCM Quarterly Report_SEPTEMBER 2022

The SCM policy of the Municipality states under section 7(3)-
The Accounting Officer must, on a quarterly basis r eport to the Mayor, on the
implementation of the SCM policy. This will enable the “Oversight role of
council.”

The objective of this Report is to provide progress on the implementation of Supply
Chain Management to the CFO as at end September 2022
