The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Joe Gqabi Economic Development Agency (JOGEDA) was held on 17 January 2025, with Executive Mayor Mposelwa and Speaker Bomela representing the shareholder interests. Board Chairperson Mr. Qotywa presided over the proceedings.
Attendees included representatives of the leadership of Senqu, Walter Sisulu and Elundini Local Municipalities.
During the meeting, the Agency’s performance for the 2023/24 financial year was reviewed. Key decisions included the appointment and confirmation of directors, external auditors, and audit committee members for the 2024/25 financial year.
