The Executive Mayor of Joe Gqabi District Municipality will deliver the State of the District Address, providing an account of the outgoing Council’s service delivery achievements during its November 2021 – November 2026 term of office.
The address will reflect on the progress made across the district, highlighting key service delivery interventions, infrastructure investments and initiatives undertaken by the District Municipality, its agency JoGEDA, and the local municipalities of Elundini, Senqu and Walter Sisulu.
